  • Audio recordings are stored locally on your device only and are never uploaded or transmitted elsewhere.

  • You have full control to delete any saved recordings at any time directly within the App.

3. Children’s Privacy

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This App is accessible to users of all ages, including children under 13. Since we do not collect any personal information, we do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose any data from children under the age of 13.

4. California Residents (CCPA)

While we do not collect or sell any personal data, we are committed to respecting the rights of California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • We do not sell any user data.

  • We do not collect any personal information.

  • All data (i.e., audio recordings) stays on your device and can be deleted at your discretion.

Because all recordings and data are stored locally on your device, we rely on the security of your device’s operating system. We recommend using a device passcode and enabling encryption features for added protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” at the top of this page. Any changes will apply to future use of the App.

7. Third-Party Services
